We love to experiment with our look and the first thing we do when we want a drastic change is change up our hair! Curls, perms, straightening, re-bonding and countless other treatments is what our hair needs to deal with through its life. So much treatment can definitely damage even the hardiest tresses. Lets look at some remedies for common hair problems.
If
your hair is damaged by heat, all you need is one teaspoon of olive oil, two
teaspoons of mayonnaise mixed with one egg. Slather this on your hair, cover
with a plastic bag and sit pretty for 30 minutes!
Hair
too flat? Use vinegar after your regular shampoo and conditioner routine and
rinse it out well. It will also get rid of the excess build-up that weighs down
on your hair.
Dandruff
ruining your style? Try a mixture of lemon juice, yogurt
and vinegar along with a good anti-dandruff shampoo. It is important to treat
dandruff as soon as possible because it can cause skin problems as well. You
can develop acne on your face, back and shoulders due to dandruff. If there is
no difference within 2 weeks, it is advisable to see a specialist.
Healthy
hair is a combination of taking good care of your locks and also eating a
balanced and healthy diet. A little care and attention will go a long way to
making sure your hair remains healthy throughout.
